About Us: Skopos has been working with skill development for over 10 years. Over time, our practice has systematically shifted from a primary focus on elder care and care management to the comprehensive array of neurodiversity affirming coaching, consulting, and cognitive support services we offer today.
Rose McClain, MA - Owner and Primary Clinician
Rose McClain brings over 15 years of professional experience in human services, crisis response, addiction support, and trauma-informed care. Her academic foundation includes a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling with a concentration in Crisis Response and Trauma from Liberty University, a Post-Master of Science in Childhood and Adolescence Disorders from Grand Canyon University, and a Graduate Certificate in Management and Leadership. She is a CADAC IV Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Consultant and a Certified Logic-Based Consultant. Currently, she is completing her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and under university/internship supervision at Indiana Wesleyan University.
As a Pre-Licensed Mental Health Counseling Intern, Rose practices under the direct supervision of Kyla Thompson, LMHC. Please note that while Skopos provides extensive coaching and consultation services, any mental health service needs will be thoroughly evaluated and formally referred to Indy TheraPlex for specialized clinical care.
